By downloading, accessing, or using Campora, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the app.

2. Platform Description

Campora is a digital marketplace platform that allows students to post listings and connect with other students.

  • Does NOT own listed items
  • Is NOT a party to transactions
  • Does NOT process payments
  • Does NOT arrange or supervise meetups
  • All transactions occur directly between users at their own risk

3. Eligibility

Users must:

  • Be affiliated with a recognized educational institution
  • Register with a valid school email address
  • Provide accurate information

Campora reserves the right to suspend accounts that provide false information.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate listing descriptions
  • Only list items you legally own
  • Not post illegal, stolen, or counterfeit goods
  • Not engage in fraud, harassment, or harmful behavior
  • Conduct meetups safely and responsibly

5. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited:

  • Weapons or ammunition
  • Illegal drugs or substances
  • Alcohol
  • Stolen goods
  • Counterfeit goods
  • Services related to academic dishonesty
  • Any item prohibited by law

Campora may remove listings without notice.

6. Safety Disclaimer

Campora does not verify the identity, condition of items, or the legitimacy of listings.

Users are solely responsible for:

  • Verifying items before purchase
  • Choosing safe meeting locations
  • Ensuring personal safety

Campora shall not be liable for any injury, loss, theft, dispute, or damages resulting from in-person meetups or transactions.

7. No Warranties

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

  • Accuracy of listings
  • Reliability of users
  • Continuous or error-free operation

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Campora shall not be liable for:

  • Transaction disputes
  • User misconduct
  • Financial losses
  • Indirect or consequential damages

9. Account Suspension or Termination

Campora may suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in harmful behavior
  • Post prohibited items
